AmerAsian School

AmerAsian School is a school that students who have American and Asian parents go to. They learn many things about both of their parent's countries. Then they realize that they sometimes learn different things about wars at American schools and Asian schools.

I think every government wants to say they had to fight those wars and they were right. Then they make textbooks for children. Many children believe the textbook because they learn them at school.

When I travel or live in other Asian countries, I see what Japan did to people in those countries. I feel very bad and think Japanese people should see the truth too. If we need, we should apologize.

When I went to see the Pearl Harbour Museum in Hawaii, I was surprised. The thought about the war is different from the thought I learned. I know many families and friends cried and cried when they lost people they love in both countries.

I just can say every war is just sad, very sad. It makes people sad, mad, and unhappy. It should never happen any more.

Airi will learn many things in some other countries. I want her to see from many sides, not only one side of a country. It's hard to tell which country is right or not with wars.
I hope that any war will not happen in the future and our children can create a better world.

Avram's first father's day

Avram and Airi couldn't see each other for ten days because of his business trip. Avram worried if Airi remembers him, but she saw him on Skype everyday. Every time she saw him, she got excited.

Last Thursday, Airi and I got to his hotel in Australia. When Airi heard the door when Avram opened it, she was looking at it and smiling. Airi was so happy to see her father. Avram almost shed a tear. Airi also almost cried from hunger then. I'm kidding. She gave him beautiful smiles with happiness.

Every morning I hear something from Airi's butt, then from Avram's one. Airi, then Avram. They do it a few times when they wake up. The father and daughter talk with the noises and smells.

We went to Manly Beach on father's day. We took a nice walk. Avram always carries Airi on his belly for a long time. It is her best place to relax and sleep. They feel each other there everyday. I like to see it.

Avram couldn't wake up at midnight even for me when a bear almost attacked our tent, but now he wakes up for Airi. When she fusses, he at least put his hand on her belly and holds a bottle. It's a big progress. I'm impressed and moved. I almost shed a tear:)

Avram loves Airi very much and Airi loves him very much. They are a beautiful father and daughter.

Airi's Trip to Australia

Airi was great for the trip to Australia.

She hadn't pooped for four days, so I worried if she will do it in the bus or airplane. After four days, the gift from formula milk in such a small room should be ... . It scared me. But she made it before the bus ride to Narita Airport. I was so happy and was able to love her more and more:)

Airi is curious about everything. She likes looking around at what's going on, what they are, and so on. In the bus, she was playing with my bag by herself and then fell asleep. In the airplane, she had milk during take off and fell asleep until I checked her diaper at 0:00. It was my fault:( Then she was so excited to look around at the lights, TV, and people. She was smiling even to sleeping people. Of course people who see Airi always say "she's a cute baby!" That night, Airi charmed flight attendants. They were very nice to us.

Anyway, she was HIGH from midnight to 5:00 a.m.. Thanks to her, I watched "Alice in Wonderland" with mute four times.

When we got our nice hotel, Airi and I couldn't stay up at all. She has slept since then until now. It's more than four hours. She is in a dream now. Lucky her.

I didn't worry about traveling with Airi by myself because she is a happy and calm baby. I was right. She has been very happy since we left home.

She recognizes her father. She loves to see him in Skype during his business trips. She just wonders why she can't touch her father like usual and why he's flat and cold on the screen. Seeing him soon would be a big surprise for her. She will head rock for the happiness.

It's cloudy here. Airi and I are waiting for Avram and exploring the town soon.
I will try to update about our trip. We'll see :D We could be very busy for fun. Then probably no time for the updates.

Good night. I'm going back to sleep with Airi.
